职位描述:
key tasks & responsibilities:
1. according to the plan/strategy derived from the project sales department, be responsible for the project sales job in the area (boom the sales revenue and optimize the gross margin) and control the opex.根据项目销售部门战略,负责所属区域项目销售和相关目标。
2. maintain and develop the relationships with the customers in order to obtain the business information and win the sales in the period. 维护和发展与相关客户的良好关系,及时获得相关业务信息,跟进并最终赢得销售项目。
3. work out the related reports to track the milestones. 完成相关项目报告,以便跟踪执行。
4. make sales plan in the defined regions for sales forecasting, marketing analysis and actions taken etc. and implement it accordingly.根据销售预测,市场概况等制定销售计划,并采取行动。
5. send the feedback of the marketing information, price/activities of the competitors etc. to the national project sales director. 向销售总监反馈市场信息及竞争对手的动态。
6. act as the overall project execution manager for the whole execution process and after-sales technical service coordination.作为整个项目负责人,控制整体进程和协调售后服务及技术支持。
7. other assignments by the superior. 上级交办的其他工作。
qualifications:
1. college degree above大专以上学历
2. project sales experience is preferred 2年以上销售经验,有项目销售经验优先
3. ability to work under pressure能承受工作压力
4. willingness to perform and result orientation业绩良好,以结果为导向
5. customer oriented 有良好的客户意识
6. credibility诚信
7. integration and contribution in team有团队合作经验
8. communication abilities and ability to assert oneself良好的沟通能力
